Issue: User is not able to download the MBB app
Why does this happen?
In the case of desktop app, the user might be unable to access the update domain http://update.mybillbook.in/
In case of Android Playstrore or iOS Appstore, the user's device might be out of storage, their network might be unstable or if the app shows unaavailable to them, then their lcoation might be set something other than India. In case of the mobile apps, app download is handled by the respective app stores of the platforms, not by myBillBook.
Android/iOS
Ask the user to check their availble free storage on the mobile device.
Also check whether they have a reliable network connection to the internet.
Check if their location on the device is set to India.
Webapp/Offline desktop app
Check whether the user is able to access the domain http://update.mybillbook.in/ on their browser.
